Advanced Mailbox	This mailbox has all the advantages of a Standard Mailbox with the addition of Virus and Spam Protection. It also has a massive 1GB Storage Space - ideal for receiving and storing large attachments.
Autoresponders	These are pre-written messages that automatically get sent to anyone who e-mails you. They can be used to confirm recepit of mail, or to inform people when you do not have internet access. These automatic replies can be added to your e-mail address as well as edited and removed at any time.
Dial-Up	We can set up your Dial-up account free of charge. These are useful in emergencies should your Broadband go down temporarily, and some people still prefer Dial-up's pay-as-you-go element over Broadband's fixed fee which doesn't take into account your actual usage.
Domain Names	All domain names are unique. You will get the opportunity to choose yours and it will become the address of your website (e.g. www.yourbusiness.co.uk) and it can also be used to create e-mail mailboxes. For example, yourname@yourbusiness.co.uk. Domains need renewing every 1 - 2 years, incurring a reoccurring cost that our hosting fees take into account. Our hosting fees cover the renewal of one domain but if you need more you can add them for £15 pa.
E-mail Forwaders	These are e-mail addresses that do not collect but forward mail. This means that while people e-mail you at your new personalised domain you can still receive and store your e-mail using an existing email account that you may have set up elsewhere.
FTP Access	FTP is a way of accessing the files and folders on your domain. It is sometimes useful for you to be able to upload directly to your site in which case you will be given an FTP username and password. You can opt for multiple usernames and choose to limit the permissions each user has.
Matrix Stats DOWNLOAD MANUAL	Matrix Stats collects information about your website traffic. If you are wondering how many hits your website gets, how often, and how long people stay on each page, then you will be interested in what Matrix Stats has to show you.
Password Protection	Password protection allows you restrict access to specific folders by setting up a username and password that will be requested before access to those folders is allowed.

Subdomains	These contain your existing domain name. For example, if your domain is yourbusiness.co.uk you can create a subdomain by adding an extra word. E.g: subdomain.yourbusiness.co.uk
Technical Support	Technial Support is included as part of all of our Hosting Packages and E-mail Accounts which means we are always on hand to provide information, advice and assistance should you be having trouble with your website or e-mail services.
Webmail	Webmail can be used to store incoming mail so that you can view and reply to them from anywhere you have internet access. It is an additional feature that is best used in combination with your local e-mail software.

Why is my website not listed on Google? / How can I get a high position in Google listings?

It takes a lot of work to keep websites positioned high in search engines and it is not a service we provide. There are, however, companies who specialise in positioning, and if it is important to you, you may like to contact them.

Please note that we have no control over Google listings, or special connection with Google. Because Google will begin to recognise your domain, even if you do nothing, we recommend that you are patient. It may also be worth remembering that Google is a worldwide business. Even if every domain-owner paid for the privilege, it would be impossible for all of them to be ranked highly.

> USEFUL TIP: Make sure that there is at least one page that links to your site from another site that is listed in google because google regularly follows all the links from sites already in its listings.
