for Website Hosting Plans: "Personal", and "E Personal"

1) PAYMENT must be made advance. You have the option of paying annually or bi-annually. Payments must be made within 28 days of receiving your invoice.

2) MAINTENANCE: This hosting option does not include ongoing assistance with updating your site so you must be proficient in the skills needed to do so.

3) ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Your hosting plan does not include advanced hosting services because these services must be purchased by Pixink Ltd for your use. Any extra charge will be discussed with you if you request these services. If you find you need help updating your site this will also attract an extra charge.

4) IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR HOSTING AGREEMENT OR TRANSFER YOUR DOMAIN you must inform us at least 2 months before the renewal of your hosting agreement. Failure to do so may result in Pixink renewing your domain and any add-ons for the coming year, in which case you will be charged those renewal fees.

for Website Hosting Packages: "Standard", "Standard Plus", "Comprehensive", "Comprehensive Business", and "Business Plus"

1) WEBSITE UPDATING: If you need your updates done by 5pm Friday you must submit them before 12noon on Thursday. We will accept update requests that involve replacing text of images. The updating service does not cover changes to the structure or functionality of your website nor the creation of special features like banners or slide-shows. The BASIC component entitles you to essential changes to contact details & price lists as well as an annual or bi-annual update to your general site content. The REGULAR component entitles you to frequent updates (1hr, monthly).

2) PAYMENT DETAILS: We expect you to pay your hosting fee in MONTHLY INSTALMENTS using a standing order mandate which gives you full control of your payments. If we agree to accept QUARTERLY OR ANNUAL PAYMENTS instead these must be paid in advance, within 28 days of our invoice. If you choose to exit your hosting agreement you, not Pixink, will be responsible for cancelling your standing order mandate.

3) ADDITIONAL CHARGES: We reserve the right to apply additional charges for work that does not fall within your hosting package. Any work that attracts an extra charge will not be started before we consult you, and we will inform you if a different hosting fee proves better value for your requirements. Updates that may attract additional charges include:
     > Edits that require us to do additional research.
     > An update that takes more than an hour to complete.
     > Edits to page structure or functionality
     > The creation/design of special features like banners.
Your hosting agreements do not automatically include advanced hosting services like MatrixStats, Password Protection, etc, because these services must be purchased by Pixink Limited for your use. Any extra charge will be discussed with you if you request these services.

4) CHANGES: We reserve the right to re-evaluate and change your monthly hosting fee if the service we are providing requires us to do so, but we will not do this until you, the customer, has been fully consulted and understands the terms, conditions, and reasons for any change.
