1) QUARTERLY OR ANNUAL PAYMENTS must be paid in advance, within 28 days of our invoice.

2) MONTHLY PAYMENTS can be opted for if your hosting fees are above £15 per calendar month and these must be made by Standing Order Mandate. If you choose to exit your hosting agreement you, not Pixink, will be responsible for cancelling your Standing Order Mandate.

3) IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR HOSTING AGREEMENT OR TRANSFER YOUR DOMAIN you must inform us at least six weeks before the renewal of your hosting agreement. Failure to do so may result in Pixink renewing your domain for the coming year, in which case you will be charged the renewal fee.

4) THE WEBPAGE OPTION offered by some e-mail accounts includes one page only as well as regular updates to the page once it has been created. None of our hosting fees cover the cost of page construction.

5) WEBPAGE UPDATES: We will edit the text and update the images on your page as often as you like. If you need your updates done by 5pm Friday you must submit them before 12noon on Thursday. Edits that are not included within our webpage updating service include any single update that takes longer than 1hr, time consuming changes to the structure of the page-design, and the creation of special features like banners or slide-shows. These would incur an extra charge.
