Even if Pixink has created your website you have no obligation to use Pixink Limited as your web-host, unless your website costs were discounted on the understanding that you would host with us for a certain amount of time.

Remember, if you do decide to choose a different host, Pixink will have to pass all control over to them and your new host will become responsible for editing and maintaining your site − be sure to check that their hosting package includes the services and support you will need.

If you are one of Pixink's existing customers and want to switch to an alternative host it is important to cancel your standing order (if applicable) and inform us of your intentions so we can transfer your site to your new hosts smoothly.
