As a freelancer I often speak to clients who need help with words in one form or another but they can't seem to put their fingers on what exactly. So I ask them, 'what's your story?' 'what makes you tick?' what brings you alive? why did you chose this path rather than another? did something happen? It's amazing how direct and probing questions to inspire unexpected and really great information. Many web hosts provide the e-mail account as part of the package that is according to your domain name.

There is just one thing … I use Gmail for my personal e-mail and then there is my e-mail account provided by my web host. Do you think there is a way to manage these accounts centrally (like through one application)?

That would make my life a bit easier.

It's not really defined by it's templates. You can get free themes, buy themes, re-model themes, or build you own: it gives you complete flexibility.
